I've had this urge to blog eversince last night, after the awesome night we had. I just HAVE to blog about it. It was a great night because eventhough all our wallets and purses bled a little, it was worth it! We decided to have a proper, semi-formal dinner at Savy's Brasserie located in Bandar. It's kind of hard to explain where it is since I'm not really familiar with Bandar. People present were Carrie, Patrick, Rif, Weier, Ann Lau, Aaron, Sean, Jean and I. Anyway, this was kinda like a farewell dinner for Weier and we all decided to dress up for the dinner.. so fun! That night Carrie and I drove, with me following closely behind her car but we couldn't find a parking cause it was raining so heavily. We went through this place for buses to stop and everything, and it was so scary! All the foreign workers kept looking as we drove past. I immediately locked all my doors man! I was kinda scared having no one in the car with me but thank god Carrie's car was just infront of me. We finally parked at the metro parking place, which was really scary as well but luckily Carrie and I had Rif and Patrick with us. 

We walked to the restaurant with us holding an umbrella each, but it was so annoying having to walk wearing a dress and heels, especially in Bandar -.- Before the dinner I actually thought we would take a picture of us outside the restaurant but I guess the rain and our hungry stomachs didn't make it happen. Walked in the restaurant, and Ann Lau and Weier were already there. We started ordering our main courses and appetizers. I ordered lamb chop and shared a watercress salad with Ann, which the waitor suggested and said that it was good. Ann initially wanted to order caesar salad, which would've been much better! The watercress salad was... not my type. Ok fine. It sucked and I didn't like it. I felt like I was a rabbit eating grass. So disappointed cause I was really hungry hahah.

But my lamb chop soon made up for the bad appetizer. Omgoodness, it was.. just great! 3 pieces of lamb chops topped with mushroom sauce, plus mashed potatoes and vegetables. Wow! My hands were so tired of cutting them though :( It costed me $28, but I would so go back again and have some more (with my mum this time lah hahaha). Eh don't judge me okay.. my mum really wants to try it also. Carrie ordered lamb chop too, but I think everyone else ordered something different. Didn't get to try theirs though, was too into my lamb chop :D

After that were deserts, I didn't have any cause I was still quite full from the lamb. Weier had her creme brulee (sorry didn't bother to put the accents in haha) and Ann had something bread pudding something. I don't know man I forgot hahah.

Then we asked for the bill. Hahahaha shit man, at first before the bill came everyone handed in their money and stuff, and we had like $285 or something like that and Carrie was like saying "Omg, I don't think it's that much man. Nvm, if got leftover can divide it to everyone." THEN the bill came.....



HAHAHAHAA! Turns out we were short of $40 again so we had to pay an extra $5 each.

We were discussing about what to do next, and decided on going to Sean & Jean's house. I went back home to change first though, felt a bit weird going out casually after dinner with a dress on. Went to the Lim's, and saw that they were playing Scrabble. Zzzz man. Javon was there too. Somebody made the word 'penis' and Carrie was asking me who I thought put it there and I immediately pointed to Rif. Surprisingly I was wrong. Rif was being all innocent and animal loving that night, making words like 'goose', 'windy', 'pig' and 'ox'. So not Rif! Hahahaha. I got bored of watching them play Scrabble so I sat on the couch, trying to figure out the fucking rubik's cube. It's so frustrating!! Ughhh. I even played with the 2 by 2 one ok.. can't even figure it out hahaha. Shit man, so noob.

After that we decided to just go chill at Mamih (again, haha Mamih's like our regular limteh spot now isit?). I sat down for like 5 minutes and left to go home haha. I was kinda tired that night man, don't know why. 

Today was just another lazy Sunday, couldn't be bothered to go out and hang. Woke up at like 2pm, and had to send my mum to Kiulap, then went home to shower and everything before going out again to tapao and eat at home. I feel so lazy today!! Hahaha. I went to Gdg cause I was craving for McD's Chicken McDeluxe. Big mistake. G-town was fully packed today! I know it's a Sunday but today was exceptionally packed. Maybe something's happening at the mall or something.. which reminds me, I have not been to the mall in AGES. Quite an achievement lor since I hang out with friends almost everyday and it's kinda like, Brunei so.... yeah. 

Anyway, my last 2 days here in Brunei before I fly off for my holiday, I'm super super excited! Although I'm a bit upset because I can't send some people off while I'm gone, but I hope we'll be able to hang out the night before I fly or something. I'm a bit worried about not being able to go because of my visa though.. I just hope they can have it done in like a day, like the travel agent said it would. It's either I go to the embassy tomorrow or Tuesday, depending on when Ramadhan/puasa starts. So if anyone knows when it is please let me know cause I need to be 100% sure. 

Wah, today passed by so fast, not bad for such a lazy and unproductive Sunday. It's already 11pm! Gotta go pack man.

Apologies for the lack of updates. So much has been happening! 

I'll start from the 25th. Weier hosted a sleepover that night for her AZN gang hahah and it was me, Carrie, Patrick, Bea, Sean, Aaron, Javon and Rif. It was also the night Amanda left for UK, and Jon and I were SO CLOSE to miss seeing her off! We literally ran upstairs to the departure hall after I parked my car. Like amazing race man.

We only got to Weier's house at 11pm, so badass. We watched a bit of 21, then proceeded to playing 007 (the drinking game) for like the whole night! Rif and Patrick such bitches, they kept targetting people and 'bang-ing' them to make them drink. Carrie was the funniest out of the lot, she slept everywhere! On the couch, on the floor, in front of the laptop. Then after that Carrie, Pat, Rif and I went to Gdg to get some food and more mixers cos we were running out of them and for some reason I bought lemon tea.. which Rif is still bitter about until today cause he keeps being bitchy to me. Apparently it was disgusting. Thanks guys. Hahaha.

Anyway I think we slept at around 6am. I went home at like 2, after having lunch with them at Lee Loi Fatt cause I had to meet up with Jun Yee, Jia Chii and Alex since JC was gonna leave to Melbourne the next day. As usual we played Rummy and had Excapades for dinner. OMG I miss that shit! Totally need to have it soon again. Then we went to Alex's house to drink some Midori.. it's so mild it tastes so nice. 

Next day, sent JC off at the airport. Then Jon said something about getting our IB certs I was like yayy :D Had to go pick him up first of course, he was having his Taeyang haircut so I had to wait for him for a while. Went to school to get my IB certs, leaving cert, deposit and some of my other certs from like 2 to 3 years ago that I didn't collect. 

Thursday and yesterday were the busiest, most productive days of my holiday! I decided to take a trip to Melbourne just a few days ago and so I've been trying to do everything before Wednesday. It sounds so simple but there are so many things to do. Or maybe it's just me whining. On Thursday I went to the bank with my mum to withdraw some money, then to the travel agent but unfortunately he wasn't in, and even if he was he wouldn't be able to do much because their server was down. Later on in the afternoon, I went to BLau to hand in my certs. Soon I'll be accepting my offer! :D 

At night we decided to go bowling, so before that I had dinner with Carrie, Patrick, Jon and Rif in Yappy. We went bowling at Empire with Weier and her dad after that. Her dad is so pro at bowling okay! Anyways, the interesting part was, when we were walking to the bowling place at the country club, it was really really noisy with people cheering and stuff. Guess who we saw? The entire ISB secondary staff! I think I stood there for a few minutes looking around the room to make sure. I think it's their annual bowling get-together thing to get to know the new teachers and stuff. Anyway, my bowling was so shit that night. I kept throwing gutter balls -.- 

After that, we went to have drinks at Mamih. I can now add some new words I learnt from the guys. Strawberry milkshake and rainbow kisses. Hotsexxx! Hahahah shit man, I'm just kidding, please don't take me seriously. Sick shit man, I can't get over it :( 

Today, I went to collect my ticket, but I still had to do my visa so I went to the embassy at like 2pm just to find out that they were only working for half day. DamB. 

Headed over to Nina's house around 7.30pm last night cause she was having this leaving party. We ate, talked, then we played water balloons (with flour!) outside her house. It only lasted for a while though, cause the other team won and it started raining. Then we just sat in her living room, talking. Had to send Patrick home at about 11.30pm, I was so surprised he wasn't staying over. Hahaha. 

I just realised that I might not be here to send some people off because all the flights back are full and I'm on the waiting list. You guys will be at the airport so often, you might even get free parking tickets.

I typed out quite a long post the other day, but never bothered to finish it up cause I got lazy. I typed out everything that happened last week, so it's just gonna bore people anyways. I'm blogging because it's (well, it was) Weier's birthday! 

Happy 18th hun! ;) I hope you enjoyed your party just now. So popular lorrrrrr so many people came hahaha. Got FREE entertainment again HAHAHA so cheapskate lah you. Anyways, you were like one of my first friends in ISB! Please feel honoured. Technically it's not your birthday anymore so yeah I can be bitchy to you again :D I wasn't bitchy to you today k. But yeah, thank you for being so warm and friendly. I'm not sure I can say the same for now. HAHHAHAH just kidding lar, you're still bitchy though. Hehehehe :D

It's gonna be weird knowing I'm not going to see my first proper ISB friend in who knows how long! Stupid girl. Why you leave so early? But I hope you're gonna enjoy every last minute of being in Brunei before you leave, especially this coming Monday! I can't wait, we're going to have so much fun with the rest of our douchebag friends.

Wow, Wordpress is getting more and more popular man, a lot of people are moving there. 

Finally got to watch Meet Dave yesterday afternoon with Jia Chii, Jun Yee and Alex! Was supposed to meet up with Carrie and Ann Lau for lunch at Excapades as well, but couldn't wake up in time. Sorry hunz ;) Anyway, wasn't too keen on the movie at first but it actually turned out pretty good and funny. After that we decided to go Cheezbox to eat. The squid was so good! Omg I'm craving for it hahah. Then we left for JC's house to play Rummy for a while. I went home to pick my mum up cause she wanted to go somewhere in Kiulap, then picked Javon up THEN back to Capers in Kiulap to meet up with the rest of them. Tiring man. Dinner at Capers wasn't really that worth it. The only thing I actually liked was the fettucini carbonara. I'll remember to order that a la carte the next time I go there. I was wondering what happened to the food there, it used to be good. 

Anyways, that night there was a gathering at Jun's house so some of his friends were there, and of course the guys there were gaming. Pfft hahaha. Got bored, so we went upstairs to karaoke for only a while, then decided to go to Fred's swimming pool to play 'Circle of Death'. So cool man that game! Some of them got a bit high cos of that game, so funny man. The remaining night for me and JC consisted of karaoke and rummy. We went back home at around 1AM. 

I slept early that night, so I woke up before 10 this morning! So coooool. My mum left to Miri for a daytrip so I was left alone for the whole day. I only went out at like, 3 or 4pm to have a haircut. My mum was so surprised when she found out I went to find Sam (my hairdresser) alone. I have a fringe/bangs now. It's okay I guess, I just think it'd look much better if it was longer. After that, I went to Carrie's house, supposedly to rest for a while and collect my Big Bang cd from her, but then I stayed longer than expected. We were taking pictures of us in her cool new sunglasses/glasses! So cool lor. I was leeching off her candies and chocolates.

On the way back home, I met my aunt and my mum who just came back from Miri. So ngamz man. I washed my hair, then came back to meet up with Carrie, Patrick and Bea at Lemongrass for dinner. They were pretty adventurous, ordering new stuff. After that we left for Patisserie (how do you spell it?) to have deserts. I had the mango peach pudding, it was good! Definitely going back there for more of those. We had pretty weird conversations there, one of them involving Patrick's.. personal affairs. Seriously, I am beyond shocked. 

We also went to a strip club ;)

Dropped by Weier's house because as caring friends we knew she was sick so we wanted to visit her :) Only stayed for a while though. Bea's dad came to pick her up so the three of us went to have drinks at Mamih. I was quite tired tonight, no idea why. 

Was gonna blog last night, but I was just too tired from everything. I had a pretty good weekend. Starting off with 8/8/08, yes it was the Olympics but I didn't watch it. Pfft whatever, I'm too cool for it. Hahaha. JC and I went shopping that night! I was gonna look for a dress for Tracy's but unsurprisingly, I didn't find anything. Ohhhhh JC got a new phone that night too! It's the sexy red W760! So pretty lah. She tried to bargain with the dude, so funny man!! From $518 to $492.10 hahahah. Then she wanted $490.. I'm like o.O hahahaa. Anyways, after that we went to Royce's house cause they had a barbeque there, it was pretty awkward cause I don't really know any of them but yeah. We karaoke-d as well. At around 12, we decided to go home. I slept early that night cause I had to wake up at 5.30AM to send my mum off.

When I came back from sending my mum off on Saturday morning, I couldn't sleep until 8AM? Woke up at 12.30 cause I had to go out with Nyse and people, since it's her last day in Brunei. Jon called me up and said he needed a ride, so I went to the tennis club to pick him up, then we went to Gdg. Omg, I always find parking at the Pizza Hut block there lo. No need to waste time finding parking at the mall. Met up with Nyse and Chancey and decided to go to Cheezbox since Jon and I haven't had our lunch, then Bea, Aaron and Nina joined us later. I don't think I brought my camera that day.. so no pictures. Let me check my files...... nope no pictures. Anyways, Aaron and Nina were so disappointed with Cheezbox that day because they had no chocolate lava! I didn't share their pain because I haven't tried chocolate lava yet. Went to the arcade after that, they played the basketball thing and photohunt! After that I think we went to try on dresses (Jin, Sof and her bro joined us too), then Faceshop, then the shoe shop where I saw these really nice black pair of heels, and Bea tried them on. I told her to get them but she didn't like the heels because it wasn't black. I tried them on too and I kinda wanted to get them, but then I wasn't sure if I should. I kept thinking about those shoes that night! Hahaha so sad. Anyways after that we went to Swensens to eat. I had a double scoop ice cream which I regretted later on, cause I wasn't supposed to eat cold stuff. It was almost time for Bea and Aaron to go, cause they had church at 6.30pm, but we managed to squeeze in abit of time to help Bea look for a dress for Tracy's party, we we went to Ego. She tried on two dresses and got a brown one. 

After that I had to go as well, cause I was supposed to have dinner with JC and her mum and some of her friends, but I couldn't make it cos dinner was at 7 and I had just reached home then. So I decided to stay home first, then go over to her house at around 9.30pm. Alex and Jun Yee were there too, and we played Rummy until it was 11.30pm, then we (including JC's bro ahboy and Javon) went to Dynasty to have the "all you can eat dimsum" buffet. Not that worth it lo, $12.90 per person. Met a few familiar faces there too. After that we went back to JC's house to play MORE rummy! Hahahah so badassssss~ We went home pretty late.. :D Didn't sleep until 6 cause I was watching Forensic Heroes. I need episodes 24 - 30!! =( ok anyway, was supposed to send Denyse off at the airport around 10ish, but I OVERSLEPT!! Omg I woke up at 11.45 when she was gonna go in already. So sorry man :( 

I didn't have lunch that day cause I didn't know what to eat and also cause I was a loner hahahah. I went out at around 3.30pm, to pick Jo up. Haven't seen that girl in so long! Went to the mall, then met up with a couple of her friends, then we decided to go get a present for Tracy. That was when I bought the pair of shoes too! I knew I was going to regret it if I didn't get them, I've been looking for those pair of shoes for so long and it's so hard to find one in my size. It was quite cheap as well! Anyway I had to go home after that to get ready for the party. Before that I bought KFC's new toasted twister, cause I wanted to try it. It was a bit weird cause of the sauce =S Anyways, got ready for Tracy's party and set off to Sheraton Hotel at around 7.30pm. The poolside was so much bigger than I imagined! I never knew it could fit that many people. Dinner was at 8pm, it was alright. The deserts were much better! After that, vaining time!

The party was cool, had disco as well but I didn't dance cause it was already hot enough. We just chilled beside the pool. People were taking shots from test-tubes apparrently? Hahaha. We basically just chilled, talked, and took pictures. Then it was time to cut the cake. Her cake was hugeeeee and so cool and so yummy! She also had an Absolut Vodka chocolate on her cake, so cool! Hahaha. Shortly after I had to pick my mum up and send her home, then I went back to the party again. So many people left. It was only the Year 13s left like Bea, Carrie, Patrick, Nichola, Eleena, Sue, Weier, Aaron, Tracy and I. We were being losers, playing the drinking game with water because we couldn't actually have any alcohol. Hahaha, I dno what you call that game. It's like the ship one where the person in the middle has to go 'Sssshhhhh' and the two people beside have to row the boat in opposite directions. It was so funny man, Bea was like saying that I would already be drunk if it was alcohol instead, then after that she kept making mistakes hahahaha. Loser~ Nyau was a bitch.. trying to be sneaky with his movements.
