I've had this urge to blog eversince last night, after the awesome night we had. I just HAVE to blog about it. It was a great night because eventhough all our wallets and purses bled a little, it was worth it! We decided to have a proper, semi-formal dinner at
Savy's Brasserie located in Bandar. It's kind of hard to explain where it is since I'm not really familiar with Bandar. People present were
Carrie,
Patrick,
Rif,
Weier,
Ann Lau,
Aaron,
Sean,
Jean and I. Anyway, this was kinda like a farewell dinner for
Weier and we all decided to dress up for the dinner.. so fun! That night
Carrie and I drove, with me following closely behind her car but we couldn't find a parking cause it was raining so heavily. We went through this place for buses to stop and everything, and it was so scary! All the foreign workers kept looking as we drove past. I immediately locked all my doors man! I was kinda scared having no one in the car with me but thank god
Carrie's car was just infront of me. We finally parked at the metro parking place, which was really scary as well but luckily

We walked to the restaurant with us holding an umbrella each, but it was so annoying having to walk wearing a dress and heels, especially in Bandar -.- Before the dinner I actually thought we would take a picture of us outside the restaurant but I guess the rain and our hungry stomachs didn't make it happen. Walked in the restaurant, and
Ann Lau and
Weier were already there. We started ordering our main courses and appetizers. I ordered lamb chop and shared a watercress salad with
Ann, which the waitor suggested and said that it was good.
Ann initially wanted to order caesar salad, which would've been much better! The watercress salad was... not my type. Ok fine. It sucked and I didn't like it. I felt like I was a rabbit eating grass. So disappointed cause I was really hungry hahah.

But my lamb chop soon made up for the bad appetizer. Omgoodness, it was.. just great! 3 pieces of lamb chops topped with mushroom sauce, plus mashed potatoes and vegetables. Wow! My hands were so tired of cutting them though :( It costed me $28, but I would so go back again and have some more (with my mum this time lah hahaha). Eh don't judge me okay.. my mum really wants to try it also. Carrie ordered lamb chop too, but I think everyone else ordered something different. Didn't get to try theirs though, was too into my lamb chop :D

After that were deserts, I didn't have any cause I was still quite full from the lamb.
Weier had her creme brulee (sorry didn't bother to put the accents in haha) and Ann had something bread pudding something. I don't know man I forgot hahah.

Ann and Rif were sharing the desert with me in between. I felt like a lightbulb la.. people so romantic sharing desert and there's me in the middle so zho deng man hahaha.
Then we asked for the bill. Hahahaha shit man, at first before the bill came everyone handed in their money and stuff, and we had like $285 or something like that and
Carrie was like saying
"Omg, I don't think it's that much man. Nvm, if got leftover can divide it to everyone." THEN the bill came.....
HAHAHAHAA! Turns out we were short of $40 again so we had to pay an extra $5 each.

We were discussing about what to do next, and decided on going to
Sean &
Jean's house. I went back home to change first though, felt a bit weird going out casually after dinner with a dress on. Went to the Lim's, and saw that they were playing Scrabble. Zzzz man.
Javon was there too. Somebody made the word 'penis' and
Carrie was asking me who I thought put it there and I immediately pointed to
Rif. Surprisingly I was wrong.
Rif was being all innocent and animal loving that night, making words like 'goose', 'windy', 'pig' and 'ox'. So not
Rif! Hahahaha. I got bored of watching them play Scrabble so I sat on the couch, trying to figure out the fucking rubik's cube. It's so frustrating!! Ughhh. I even played with the 2 by 2 one ok.. can't even figure it out hahaha. Shit man, so noob.

After that we decided to just go chill at
Mamih (again, haha Mamih's like our regular limteh spot now isit?). I sat down for like 5 minutes and left to go home haha. I was kinda tired that night man, don't know why.
Today was just another lazy Sunday, couldn't be bothered to go out and hang. Woke up at like 2pm, and had to send my mum to Kiulap, then went home to shower and everything before going out again to tapao and eat at home. I feel so lazy today!! Hahaha. I went to Gdg cause I was craving for
McD's Chicken McDeluxe. Big mistake. G-town was fully packed today! I know it's a Sunday but today was exceptionally packed. Maybe something's happening at the mall or something.. which reminds me, I have not been to the mall in AGES. Quite an achievement lor since I hang out with friends almost everyday and it's kinda like, Brunei so.... yeah.
Anyway, my last 2 days here in Brunei before I fly off for my holiday, I'm super super excited! Although I'm a bit upset because I can't send some people off while I'm gone, but I hope we'll be able to hang out the night before I fly or something. I'm a bit worried about not being able to go because of my visa though.. I just hope they can have it done in like a day, like the travel agent said it would. It's either I go to the embassy tomorrow or Tuesday, depending on when Ramadhan/puasa starts. So if anyone knows when it is please let me know cause I need to be 100% sure.
Wah, today passed by so fast, not bad for such a lazy and unproductive Sunday. It's already 11pm! Gotta go pack man.
